katana items are in stock and ready for the
immediate shipment . We usually ship items in 14 days
we receive payment . If there is a delay in receiving

Can I cancel my order?
If
you have ordered and paid for a customised Sword
you may not cancel your order once production has
begun,if you have ordered a standard production model
you may exchange it for another Sword in the
range or use payment as a deposit for a custom
Sword .This does not apply to Items already sent.

I am not happy with my order.Can
I return for the refund or the exchange?
Please
contact us first to discuss any problem you may have
with the Item ,custom Items may not be exchanged. |
I've got the wrong item.What's
your return policy?
You
should contact us imeadeately ,the Item should be returned
in as sent condition and the replacement item will be
sent as soon as we recieve the returned item .We will
refund the return postage fees. |
Do I have to
pay for the duties and taxes?
Yes
you have to pay for the duties and taxes when importing
goods from another country but in some cases you may
be free from the obligation by the postal regulation.

damaged condition.What should I do?
If
the damage is obvious to the package you are entitled
to refuse delivery and the package will be returned
to us.If th damage is found after you open the package
then contact us imeadeately. |
Do you ship internationally?
Yes,
we use EMS shipping as it is the fastest and with tracking
numbers and insurance ,it is also the safest way.If
you have another form of shipping you prefer please
mention it when placing your order. |

card. When do you actually charge?
We will require payment once your order is ready for
shipment ,In the case of Custom orders we will require
full payment before we commence production. |
